From the heart of Paderborn, we want to improve the world of shopping with Scalerion. In doing so, our team consists of retail enthusiasts and trade experts, eCommerce and payment specialists, tech and infrastructure magicians.
We see ourselves as an intermediary between highly efficient online processes and experience-oriented on-site retail. In doing so, we believe in both the benefits of D2C and the power of inspiration and advice in real life. To ensure that this does not have to remain a contradiction, we deliver a solution for merging offline and online retail with the Scalerion platform. And why Paderborn as a location? Paderborn is the city of springs, quasi Little Venice. In addition, Germany's shortest river, the Pader, has its source here. Paderborn is also known as the green lung of East Westphalia and is also world-famous for the world's largest computer museum, the HNF. The start-up scene is flourishing and finds the infrastructure and support it needs in the Technology Park. For us, simply the perfect combination.

Thomas is a passionate entrepreneur and is currently working with Scalerion to give retail a sustainable reboot.
He doesn't like the phrase "It won't work!" at all, but he loves good food as much as sailing, rides his e-bike to the office and calls it exercise.
Sebastian Suelmann
CEO
Sebastian keeps order in our operational hectic. He likes being in Paderborn, but not that often. He has lost his heart to Hamburg - incomprehensibly.
Sebastian gives all every day at work, the daily 10km run and also when it comes to coffee consumption - he beats us all there.
